Friendly staff made us feel welcome. Our room wasn't in the best condition, with worn furniture. Easy access to bike tours nearby was a plus. Breakfast could use more options, but it was adequate.

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to explore the area, with Seaside Beach just a little over a kilometer away, making it a great spot for a leisurely stroll along the coast, while the Necanicum Estuary Natural History Park, about 700 meters away, provided a beautiful setting for discovering nature's beauty! There were plenty of fantastic dining options nearby, including Riley's Restaurant and Lounge just a short walk away, as well as Brew 22 Coffee and a few other popular places within minutes' reach. The hotel amenities were nice, including a spacious jacuzzi suite, but the breakfast area could've benefited from better organization.

Staff were really friendly and made the check-in process easy. The pool area needs some maintenance; it looked a bit murky. Close to bike and walking tours which was great for exploring. Breakfast had a decent variety but could use more hot items.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby bike tours and walking trails. The breakfast options were surprisingly good. The pool looked uninviting and dirty. felt rushed in the check-in process, and the room cleanliness was lacking.

The air conditioning unit allowed for continuous fan operation, which created great white noise for sleeping. The beds and pillows were plush, enhancing comfort. the bathroom felt cramped and awkward, making movement difficult. Housekeeping service was minimal, requiring requests for fresh towels. Breakfast had standard options, but I was surprised it could have been more abundant. a decent place but could use some attention to detail.

During my recent stay at Red Lion, I was pleased to find that the ironing facilities in the room were convenient and easy to use. The microwave in the room came in handy for warming up snacks, and the kitchenette was well-equipped with cookware and kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare simple meals. I did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The television had limited channels, and the AM/FM alarm clock was a bit outdated. The carpeted floor in the room was a bit worn out and could benefit from a deep cleaning. room service was slow to respond to requests, causing a delay in getting extra towels. Despite these minor drawbacks, my overall experience at Red Lion was pleasant. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the flat-screen TV added a touch of modernity to the room. I appreciated the efforts made to keep the room clean and tidy, although there were small details that could have been better.

Drastic upgrades are needed; the pool was murky and looked neglected. Staff were friendly, but it felt understaffed. I waited late for sheets, and despite a whirlwind of activity from the accommodating desk clerk, the place felt chaotic. Celebrating my daughter's birthday, we were warmly surprised with balloons and treats in our new room, which was a lovely touch. odd maintenance issues persisted—small bathrooms, a broken tub, and missing furniture. The complimentary breakfast was fine but out of essentials. While close to amenities, I wouldn't prioritize this spot again until some serious changes happen.

The staff were super friendly and even surprised us with chocolates and rose petals since we just got married. The room was good, really comfy with a kitchenette, but it was kinda annoying there were no cooking supplies at all. the hallways and outside areas could use some serious cleaning up.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us! Our room was squeaky clean and had everything we needed, including that amazing continuous fan for perfect sleep. The pool was a blast and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable!

The location is advantageous, close to attractions and beaches. The staff stands out—friendly and helpful. They did their best with limited resources. the room was not adequately prepared. We waited hours to check in, only to find dirty sheets and incomplete amenities. The breakfast lacked basics—a disappointing continental spread. The pool's image online misrepresents its actual state, and it left much to be desired. While the friendly staff made efforts, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Cleanliness and communication need significant improvement. it simply does not uphold the standards associated with its name. Lessons learned.

Parking was convenient. The hotel's location was very close to local attractions. The hot breakfast provided was a nice touch, especially for families traveling together.
The rooms didn't have proper safety locks, making it dangerous for children. The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with mold found behind the toilet and garbage left in cupboards.

The upgraded room with two full queen-size beds was a pleasant surprise. The friendly staff, great price and wonderful view of the river added to the positive experience.

had a problem with 1st rm but immediately changed to different rm at Red Lion Inn & Suites. very nice staff. easy commute to downtown & sites & beach. breakfast was ok. rm was clean. the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

My friends and I had a blast taking the kayaks and canoes down the river - such a rad experience! Plus, we saved cash 'cause us under 18 chill for free with an adult. Epic time at Seaside Golf and Gearhart Golf too!
More lit party spots nearby for us teens to hang would crank up the fun factor! .

Exploring the Necanicum River by kayaks and canoes with my family was a memorable adventure. Kids under 18 staying free made it an affordable trip. We also enjoyed activities at Seaside Golf Course and Gearhart Golf Links.
My wife says that clearer signage for the pool hours would be helpful for families.

The pool at Red Lion Inn & Suites was saltwater and warm, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The lobby was also very nice. The comfortable bed and the warm pool made our stay pleasant and relaxing. I would recommend this hotel.

Despite initial disappointment with the location and appearance of the hotel, I had a great experience at Seaside Inn. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the start. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained, providing a fun and relaxing environment for our family. The comfortable beds and fantastic breakfast options further enhanced our stay. our time at Seaside Inn turned out to be enjoyable and memorable.

the staff at red lion inn & suites were friendly and accommodating. the location was great, and the room came with a comfy bed and good hide-a-bed nearby. i also found the breakfast to be quite enjoyable, and the staff were very helpful.
